Coming soon...our online Stress Management course is a CBT based practical course designed to help people understand and manage stresses in their life. Our online Mindfulness course combines mindfulness techniques like meditation, breathing exercises and stretching with elements from cognitive therapy to help break the negative thought patterns that are characteristic of recurrent depression.
