Relaxation can help reduce stress and anxiety and improve mental well-being, allowing you to cope better with the challenges of everyday life.
Our friendly Relaxation Group runs fortnightly on Fridays at the Wellbeing Centre, from 1.30 pm to 2.00 pm. It's free and open to all, so if you're feeling stressed or anxious then it could be just what you need. We sit in a healing circle, either on chairs or floor cushions, and learn relaxation techniques as a group, including simple yoga and meditation practices.
The relaxation group is open to anyone who's experienced mental distress and who thinks it could be helpful. It could be especially useful if you've been stressed or anxious. If you're not sure if the sessions are for you then give Lynne Jones a call on 01352 757637 and she'll be able to tell you more.
