Relax and find your inner calm at our popular Dru yoga sessions. Through flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation we'll work on body, mind and spirit - improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.
This form of yoga is suiable for all ages and abilities including complete beginners and people with mobility problems.
