A relaxed session where we get together with a brew and chat about life in general.
This a community resource offering accessible mental health support without the need for a GP referral or appointment, the hub provides a welcoming environment where individuals can discuss their concerns and receive non-judgemental listening and guidance. Through this drop-in we link in with other vital services for assistance with debt, fuel and food poverty with guest speakers in regular attendance.
Time: Tuesdays 1-3pm
