Wellness and Recovery Action Planning (WRAP)

A supportive, empowering course designed to help attendees build a personalised plan for staying well and navigating life’s challenges

The course is practical, interactive, and strengths based. We will guide participants through simple tools and reflective exercises in a safe, non-judgemental environment, alongside others who are on their own wellbeing journey.

WRAP is for anyone (over 18’s) who wants to:

  • Have better understanding of what supports their wellbeing
  • Recognise early warning signs and respond before things escalate
  • Build confidence, self-awareness, and resilience
  • Create a plan that reflects their life, values, and strengths

When and where does the course run

The course is running in Parkfield’s Community Centre in Mold. Starting Wednesday 6th May for 8 weeks 9.30-11.30am.

 Places will be offered on a first come first served basis – We hope to run the course again throughout the year
