Come and join us at our Caia Park Hub for a Team Building Course

This Course is aimed at anyone wanting to improve their skills as a Team Member whether currently at work or not!

This course is designed to support learners who may lack understanding of how to actually work as part of a team. The course looks at understanding what a team is and how they work, we consider the characteristics and advantages of good team work. 

We also look at the importance of people in teams being able to communicate well and how having barriers in communication might prevent a team for being effective.  Conflict is also considered as it is important for team members to understand types of conflict which can occur at work and how to cope with these. 

Finally we pull everything together to consider their own strengths and any areas they need to improve whilst planning their next steps to become part of a high performing team.
