Hayley Fisher

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, and able to work with both adults and young people (12 years old and over). I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Some areas I have worked with
Integrative counselling can help with a range of short and long term issues, including anxiety, depression and low mood, trauma, bereavement, low self-esteem, and many more.

Approaches
My integrative approach can complement each unique client’s needs from therapy. In our first session, I will explain all aspects of the integrative approach, and together we can discuss which you feel comfortable with or particularly drawn towards. The beauty of this approach is that it is flexible and allows us to personalise your counselling sessions to best suit your needs.

As a Counsellor
I provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental space for clients to be able to come and have the opportunity to share whatever it is they wish to bring, knowing they will be truly heard, valued and understood.

Within my work with young people, I understand how daunting the process can be for both the young person themselves, and the parent or care giver too. Finding, and trusting a Counsellor to support your child is a real leap of faith and something I truly appreciate.

About me
For my wellbeing, I enjoy being by the water; beach walks with my dog, being near a waterfall, or going for a swim in my local pool are all times where I feel particularly relaxed.  I also enjoy travelling.
