We will be running a Chairobics and Tai Chi Course at Caia Park, in conjunction with Betsi Cadwalader University Health Board.
This will run for 4 weeks, from 17 July 2024 in the Conference Room at Caia Park Hub, Wrexham.
If the weather is pleasant, the Tai Chi could potentially be held outside.
When: 1.00pm to 2.30pm, Wednesdays, between 17 July 24 and 7 August 24.
