Live life to the full as an 8 week course. 1 hour per week and we meet over zoom. You will receive 8 books before the course starts and each week is a different topic ….

1: Why do I feel so bad?

2: I can’t be bothered doing anything.

3. Why does everything always go wrong?

4: I’m not good enough.

5: How to fix almost everything.

6: The things you do that mess you up.

7: Are you strong enough to keep your temper?

8 : 10 things you can do to help you feel happier straight away.

We go through the slides and discuss in each session and we look at our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical feelings. We explore these and also look at how we can do things differently or look at things in a different way. We use books, do worksheets and have discussions each week.
