Why donate to North East Wales Mind?
We are part of the National Mind federation, but as a small, independent, and locally focused charity, we generate our own income. Our work is made possible through the support of our donors, as well as grants from charitable trusts and foundations. We also collaborate with other organisations to fund and deliver vital services and support in Flintshire and Wrexham.

What is gift aid?
If you are a UK taxpayer, our preferred method of donations is using Gift Aid – a simple government scheme to help charities like North East Wales Mind get more from the money you donate as a UK taxpayer. We get 25p extra for every pound you donate, in effect reclaiming the income tax that you have paid on the donation.
