We're North East Wales Mind. We help Flintshire and Wrexham people recover from mental health problems and stay emotionally healthy.

Our lines are open between 10am and 4pm each weekday. As well as telephone counselling and emotional support we're working hard to bring you a range of online services and activities. Keep an eye on our events page to find out what's going on. Our first online yoga and relaxation class went really well - here's what one of the participants had to say.
