At the start of this month, we spent a beautiful day at Bodfari Woodland Skills Centre having a relaxing walk through the woods and orchards.
You can beat getting some fresh air with some great company🌿🌼✨.
Specifically developed for people who have had a number of episodes of depression, these courses are run free of charge and in conjunction with Betsi Cadwaldr Local Health Board.

Claire & Hayley attended Wrexham Glyndŵr University's Mental Health Fayre, to support spreading the message for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek2022.
There were insightful conversations surrounding #mentalhealth & how we can all continue to raise awareness & challenge the stigma.
