Young People’s and Family Wellbeing Co-ordinator

Job title: Wellbeing Hub Coordinator (young people & families)

21 hours per week

£24,012 pro rata (plus benefits)

Fixed term contract until 31st March 2022 (with possibility of extension)

Could your excellent people and organisational skills make a real difference to the mental wellbeing of young people and families living in Wrexham?

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver an early intervention guided self-help service to young people aged 13+ and co-ordinate activities for our new Community Wellbeing Hub in Wrexham.

If you have experience of working with children and young people, working in a mental health setting, and have excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills we’d like to hear from you; especially if you can convince us of your resilience, community focus and person-centred approach.
