North East Wales Mind Ltd has an exciting opportunity available for a Treasurer/Finance Director to join our Board of Trustees.
We are a local, independent mental health charity which is part of the National Mind Federation. We have grown in recent years and are ambitious to expand further. We are at an interesting point of growth and change.

Our current Acting Treasurer is stepping down after seven years and has done a lot of work on establishing strong finance policies and procedures including a risk management process across the whole organisation.
You will chair a Finance sub-committee and support the board and senior staff in finance matters.
